Lovingly called “The Demo”: Located at 58 Maple Ave, “The Demo” serves as a smaller, more focused version of the broader Forestville project, offering a glimpse of its future potential. The Demo is not a traditional sales office, but rather a dynamic space that reflects the project’s core values of innovation, authenticity, and connection. Current occupants include Residential Sales, Pom Pom (one of the city’s latest hospitality offerings), Adelaide’s Finest Supermarkets (AFS), Youth Inc. (education), and Mache (co-working), alongside visiting suppliers who will “perform” in the space. The Demo encapsulates the DNA of the Forestville development, providing visitors with a tangible preview of what the future site will offer.
